We’re primarily a build shop — but we’ll take care of your machine when it needs attention.
Honest Service
We don’t oversell repairs. If a machine is worth fixing, we’ll fix it. If it’s not — if the repair cost doesn’t make sense relative to the hardware’s value — we’ll tell you that upfront and talk through your options.
No diagnostic fee if you commission a new build with us following the assessment. We’re a build shop first, and we’d rather earn your long-term trust than squeeze a repair ticket.
What We Handle
Diagnostics
Flat rate: $45
We run a full hardware and software diagnostic — POST issues, instability, BSODs, overheating, random shutdowns. You get a written report of what we found and what it would cost to fix.
Hardware Repair
$62/hr labor + parts
Component replacement, RAM or storage upgrades, GPU swaps, thermal paste replacement, fan replacement, and general hardware troubleshooting. We’ll quote the job before we start.
Software & OS Services
$45–$95 flat rate
Windows installation, driver cleanup, malware removal, data migration, and OS optimization. We don’t leave bloatware — your system comes back clean.
Preventive Maintenance
$35–$55 flat rate
Full interior dust cleaning, thermal paste replacement, fan inspection, cable check, and a basic health report. Recommended every 12–18 months. Keeps your machine running cool and quiet.
