How It Works
1. Tell Us What You Need
Fill out the form below with your intended use case, approximate budget, any component preferences, and your timeline. No jargon required — just tell us in plain English what you’re trying to accomplish with this machine.
2. We Build Your Spec
We’ll come back to you with a full parts list — CPU, GPU, motherboard, memory, storage, PSU, case, and cooling. Every component is chosen for compatibility and long-term value. We’ll walk you through the reasoning and answer any questions.
3. You Approve, We Source
Once you approve the spec and deposit, we source your parts. We monitor pricing to get you the best value without compromising on quality. We’ll keep you updated as components arrive.
4. Built, Tested, Delivered
We assemble, run a full stress test battery, document the results, and hand over your machine ready to use. You get a build sheet with every component, thermal readings, and test results. No surprises.
What to Expect
Turnaround
Typical build time is 1–2 weeks from parts arrival. Parts sourcing varies by availability, but we’ll give you a realistic timeline upfront and keep you updated throughout.
Labor Pricing
Labor is charged at a flat rate for standard builds, or hourly (~$62/hr) for complex configurations. We’ll quote the exact labor cost as part of the spec approval — no surprises on the invoice.
What’s Included
Assembly, cable management, OS installation (if requested), full stress test, and a documented build sheet. We stand behind the assembly — if anything goes wrong due to our workmanship, we make it right.
